Cheating what? Cheating whom? Even if you subscribe to the notion that the parents came illegally and therefore shouldn't be entitled to anything, what, pray tell does that have to do with the child? The child who was brought to America, maybe born there to undocumented people, I don't know, I don't care.

They're children. CHILDREN! They're not cheating anyone. The education system is cheating everyone out of a proper education, but these kids aren't doing anything wrong.
