Sometimes, I Just Can’t Choose

Which way will I go? What shall I choose? Subhi Najar wants to know. I’ve been sitting on this prompt for a while, waiting for the right time to respond:

It’s raining cats and dogs here. My tomato plants are happy. So am I. It gives me an excuse to stay in and write.

I enjoy these this or that prompts. They make me think and they give the reader a better sense of who this crazy lady called Misty Rae is. So without further adieu, my answers:

Yesterday or Tomorrow and Why?: I’m very nostalgic. I enjoy looking back. Not just to yesterday, but many yesterdays ago. Back when music was good and TV didn’t suck. Some may say I’m stuck in 1986.

However, without tomorrow, there’s no hope for change. No hope for better days ahead. Hope is the only thing that keeps me going sometimes.

Without tomorrow, there’s no opportunity to learn or grow. There’s no opportunity to fulfill dreams. Without tomorrow, I’m not here. As rough as life gets, I like being here…
