Exactly! I was born to a white mother and a black father, then adopted by a black family. As you can see from my pic, I look whiter than, well, white people, aside from my very thick curly hair and curvy build. Your experience sounds a lot like mine in many ways (something I've also written about). I have 2 full siblings and 4 half siblings all who look black and have experienced a different world than I have. I could go on and on, but I won't clog up the comments with my ramblings. I look forward to reading more about your experiences.
