Excellent advice. Along the same lines, some men, my ex included, will also try to win you back, especially if you're the one who initiated the divorce. They'll play the hot and cold game....full of love and tears one minute and beligerent and nasty the next. It's as if they think they're losing something that belongs to them. Actually, those were my ex's exact words, "I won't lose what's mine." We'll leave all the other insanity aside as most men don't delve as far down into crazytown as he did.

All that said, I'd offer another piece of advice, be clear. If you're the one wanting out. Be firm and clear. Sure you can be decent about it, but avoid mixed messages. It doesn't save their feelings, it just causes more problems.
