First, don't come into my comments lumping me in as "you people." I have never been violent, angry or hateful to you or anyone else, so park that right there.

I understand your pain and frustration. The racism directed at you comes from the same place as racism generally does, ignorance, fear and a lack of education, and sadly it seems in recent years to have gotten worse and become more permissible.

I suggest you write about your experience and what it's like to walk a day in your shoes as a Persian woman in America. I'd love to read that. Maybe together we can try to edcuate. But please, don't come in here insulting me, that was uncalled for.
