Girl, I feel ya! We're in the same boat here in Canada. Weed is legal here and I'm in a "non-smoking" complex. I don't smoke it or anything else. I can't stand the smell and my husband has severe allergies and sensitivies. Which is why we elected to move into a non-smoking complex.

Summers are bad enough. If we open out windows, the smell wafts in from smokers on thier balconies. But winters are hell. They all smoke inside, I can smell it the second I approach the building. I just submitted a formal complaint to management last week and advised that should matters nnot be resolved in a satisfactory manner, well, let's just say I don't back down easily.
