I am the thin girl. Always have been. I eat. I love food. I have several friends who are big. Never once have I whined about my needing or wanting to gain weight to them. Part of the reason is I don't want to hear "eat more cookies or cheeseburgers" andymore than they want to hear someone say "eat less cookies or cheeseburgers". It's just plain insensitive.

Sorry but this "friend" sounds more like she's humblebragging than expressing an actual concern. That's not a nice person, that's an insensitive, self-centred jerk.
