I don't find it annoying at all, so keep tagging. I've killed off at least 2 people in my manuscript. That may nor may not be all, we'll see. Sometimes, someone's just gotta die.

I've take a full 48 hour break from both reading and writing, well, not quite, but 2 days. My mental health required it.
