I don't know which one it is, but one doesn't. Either the father is imposing masculinity, as he sees it, on the child, against the baby's wishes and nature. Or, the mother is planting ideas or making more of his desire to try dresses, to garner some sort of attention and advantage, to prop herself up.

I doubt either of us will ever know because, not our circus, not our monkeys. But, damn, I want to grab Mason, feed them a shit on of milk and cookies, give them a hug and let them tell me who they are and what they want.
