I have 3 millennials, they smoke pot from time to time. I tried it back in the day (the 80s), but it's not my thing. Like I mentioned, it's totally legal in Canada, all over Canada, like at a federal level. I've know what 420 was for a while.

Honestly, I have mixed feelings about it. On the one hand I'm an old fuddy duddy that doesn't like dope. On the other hand, I can see the expediency and practicality of legalizing it. It does help those with chronic illness and pain. Cigarettes and booze have been legal forever. It cuts down on people being charged and convicted of crimes that shouldn't be clogging up the courts. And let's face it, someone who smoked a little weed ain't gonna hurt you. They may want some munchies, but that's about it.

It's not my choice. It's not something I care to avail myself of, but making criminals of people who have it is a bit too much. The world changes, what can I say.
