So we'll start with the obvious; having 3 children didn't change how I look.

A trophy wife is someone a man marries as a status symbol, ie. the woman's physical appreance elevates the man's perceived status (at least in his mind). There's not much regard to any of the woman's other attributes. It's just how she makes HIM look.
