I like this. I've been toying with vegetarianism for decades. I was advised by my family doctor back in the 90s that it was a bad idea given my low weight and tendency toward low iron. But I'm 51 now.
I gave up pork in about 1994. I loved on a farm with my now ex and 3 boys and we had 3 pigs. Well, we ate them and I grew very sick of pork. So sick, I never ate it after that.
I can cut out meat. But seafood and fish are a struggle for me. I'd love to read more about your journey.
