First, the absolute ineffectiveness and incompetence of government and law enforcement is embarrassing at best and well, I don't even have words for what it is at worst. To allow protesters to hold a city hostage for weeks, well, WTF?

I do not support the government freezing bank accounts. And you're absolutely right, it's the first step toward employing such means to others.

I have no issue with peaceful protest, but this was anything but peaceful. Peaceful protest doesn't hold a city hostage. Peaceful doesn't harass and threaten. I could go on and on.
