I love this and you're so right! You're of a slightly earlier vintage than I am. I spent my teen years absolutely laughing my ass off at mid-late 80s SNL, Dan Carvey, Victoria Jackson and Dennis Miller. Oh shit I had a huge crush on Dennis Miller, that hair! He had great hair...but I digress.

I'm not sure when it died, probably the same day music died, December 31, 1989...yeah I said it! But it's not funny, not interesting and really, not relevant (as the kids would say). It's time to go. It's about 25 years past time, actually.
