I once had a doctor who asked me out. Now THAT'S uncomfortable! I was quite a bit younger then, in my 30s and all I could think of to do was make a joke of it, so I said, "You've seen "all this" and still want to go out with me?"

He wasn't my family doctor at the time. he had been for 15 years, then he gave up his practice to concentrate on Emergency Medicine. When he asked me out, I was at the hospital with one of my boys who had broken his arm. Technically there was no line cross because he wasn't my doctor at the time, but still...ick.
