I remember freaking out when I tested positve months ago, I was so vigilent. I got it from a dog park, standing around with unmasked people outside. As it was outside, I also took off my mask.

I was lucky, it literally lasted 24 hours. I felt like death, and then it was gone. No lasting effects.

That said, I don't want it again and have been masking literally everywhere.
