I was a single mother of 3 boys when I tossed their abusive, cheating father out. I went and got an undergrad and a law degree. I was lucky, I got a job that worked out as far as hours went and paid for my education. And it being Canada, my healthcare was covered and even what wasn't was covered by the company. PS, I'm also autistic.

Go get a job is not helpful. working 18 hours a day and the kids are running wild.

If I ever strike it rich, my first order of business will be to establish a foundation for single mothers to give them a lifeline to live and finish their education. To do otherwise is shortsighted...those babies might have the cure for cancer or the answer to world peace. The mother might, too.
