I'll say this, I'm a 52 year old bag that isn't down with the young people tunes. I will never forgive Taylor for remaking Last Christmas, but that's me. That's my love of the late great George Michael talking.

That said, I don't know her music, which isn't for me anyway. Pop music is aimed at the young people of whatever generation. I can admire her as a business woman. At barely 34, she's become a billionaire. She's the modern age Madonna, a great performer with a whole lot more smarts and business sense than I think people give her credit for. More power to her. I won't be "Shaking it off" or whatever, but I can recognize a bright young woman for what she is.
