I'm right there with you. We get here, to this age, which is a privilege many don't get, but the knowledge that we may well be halfway done the journey is jarring. There's a pressure to "do it while I still can." But that's tempered with a desire to engage in self care and do what we want.

I've found myself wanting to sit home and do nothing because I'm worn out from whatever...but it's gorgeous out and something in me, an uneasiness, whispers in my ear that I better not waste such a lovely day. That's just one example. I could go on and on.
