I'm so sorry for your loss. But of course, words are seriously zero comfort. They're not wine or chips. They're not much of anything. But please do accept my condolences and please know, you shared so much with your Susan. It sounds like you were a wonderful husband and she was a wonderful wife. Try to treasure that.

Honestly, my greatest fear in life is exactly what you wrote, losing my love. At almost 51, it sounds odd, but I pray that should somehting have to happen, I be the one to go first because I don't think I'm strong enough to feel the loss. I'm sure I probably am and I'm being selfish.
