I'm sorry you're going through such a rough time. Stepping back can be good. Writiting can also be good for processing feelings like this...not for publishing, just for you. I often grab an old fashioned pen and paper when I'm hurt or feel depressed or betrayed and just scribble it all down, sometimes in the form a letter to whomever it was that did X,Y or Z, sometimes it's a poem, sometimes it's ramblings. Noone ever sees or reads it. It's not for that, it's for me. Anyway, just my 2 cents. I'll be here waiting to read all about your adventures as soon as you're up to it.
