I'm the product of a Black man dating a White woman, so, you know, that's my starting point.

That said, I do think love should be love, but I also understand, on some level, the pressure. I think there needs to be more education on a very fundamental level. Why not teach African exellence in schools alongside the Middle Ages and all that? Why not teach the Golden Age of Africa? Why not teach the aceheivments and brilliance of the Bantu peoples, my ancestors? These are things I'm just beginning to study and learn about, and am so proud to discover. Teach World history, as in the whole world. Stop perpetrating mu father's ancestors as simple slaves.

I've gotten myself off track, but, yes, I think you can be pro-Black and date someone of another race, but there are a lot of variables that go into play with that. Love is love. But education is key.
