I'm on your wife's side here. This circulation thing, as you describe it sounds serious. Arms down, purple and cold, arms up not so much? I'm not medical type, they ddin't teach a lot of medicine in law school (LOL), but I know "not good". And that's not good. There could be a blockage or a clot or some shit. Not trying to scare you, and I know you're in a tough spot, but, I think this IS an emergency. (Disclaimer, this is not medical advice). Please stop being stubborn, you're no good to yourself, your wife or us that read your words if you end up dead from a stroke or all fucked up.
