It's somewhat coincidental I came across this right now as I just saw an advertisement for the movie. My first reaction was a hard pass because it seems, and this is just to me, to be almost fetishizing morbid obesity. That may be the wrong word, making a spectacle of, just like there are shows that make a spectacle out of the poor (especially in the UK, there are tons of them all about people on benefits, etc).

And you're right, somebody's body isn't anyone's business, big, small, in between, nobody's business.
