OMG!!!!! This describes my ex husband to a T! He'd run, literally RUN around the car to open my door and then stare at me like some kind of stupid trained seal waiting for applause.

The chivalry thing bugs me too. I'm not small, I'm average sized, about 5'5", but thin, and get these clowns from time to time. The most recent was the guy at the gas station that loudly offered to pump my gas for me. It's okay hon, I'm almost 51 years old, I've been driving and pumping gas for quite some time, I got this. Wanna impress me, come on over and do my dishes, LOL
