Okay, calm down. Read first, then judge. I’m not even American, but as a Canadian, I have a dog in this fight. What happens to my south drifts up here. I’m not about to accept MAGA-lite, Northern Edition up here!

I’m also a mixed-race woman and as such, I have a lot of beef with the US VP.

But, for the good of the free world, I’m going to set that aside and put my practical thinking cap on.

Let’s not play games. Joe Biden’s cognitive decline is obvious. I can’t float over to the blue fog that is “Vote Blue No Matter Who.” The stakes are too high. People are watching this election, very bad people. A weak, cognitively impaired leader of the free world would be like Disneyland to them.

I envision invasion of Taiwan, goodness knows what else. I’m not kidding, it really is that serious!

Joe is not well. He’s not up to another 4 years. He’s given over 50 years of service. It’s time for him to step aside. We all know it. Let him do it with dignity.

So, why not pass the torch?

I was a naysayer until a couple of hours ago. I’ll be honest about that. I don’t like Kamala Harris. She bugs me. She bugs me A LOT.
