Thank you. Yeah, he does look frail. Sadly, he probably doesn't know or realize that he's not fit for office. I suspect he might be pretty stubborn about it because that's often how it goes, but someone has to step in on his behalf.

You're right, it's not dumping an old man; for me, it's preserving his dignity and allowing him to relax and enjoy the remainder of his time on earth.
