Thank you. There's nothing the community can really do aside from reading my words (I get paid by the read) and/or buying me a coffee on my Ko-Fi page (link at the end of the story). But the fact is, we're all struggling these days, so I don't expect that.

I've decided to fight, at least for now, but may still leave in the end. I've advised the landlord that his "notice" was improper and didn't meet legal requirements and until I receive notice in the proper form and format, I consider no notice having been given. I honestly don't know how much fight I have in me and how far my mental health will allow me to take this, but I guess I'll find out.
