Thank you. There's such a visceral reaction to the term "privilege," and it's obviously misunderstood. People react with fear, I think because they feel they're being accused of something or that something is going to be taken away from them.

The Monopoly example was to combat that in a very simplistic way in hopes that it may open up a conversation and make the concept a little less scary. If we can't even discuss what white privilege is, there's very little hope of doing anything about it.
