Thank you for this. I wrote a couple of stories on this myself. You really only need eyes to see the media was racist in the UK. I'm mixed race as well, Black father, White mother, so I get it.

The straight outta Compton thing is pushing a narrative, the idea of the urban American Black woman, the angry, ganged up girl from around the way, as if they all watched Boyz In Da Hood and went with it.
