The number of followers you have means nothing aside from the initial 100 you need to get in to the MPP. You're sitting at roughly the same follower amount as me (within 20 or so) and my numbers look a whole lot different. What you need are readers. Followers that don't read your stuff don't pay. Neither do external views. Only reads from paid subscribers.
I've found the best way to get the number of read up is as follows:
1. Write authentically,
2. Write engaging content,
3. Write often
4. Take advantage of the benefits of publishing in some of the publications, particularly some of the larger ones with a big audience; and
5. I can't stress this enough, read, read and read, and honestly engage with the work of other writers on the platform who write stuff that interests you. Medium is a very give and take kind of place. If you're here just to dump your writing and expect it to get tons of reads, that likely won't happen. However, by reading, clapping and commenting on the work of others here, you'll not only get to form relationships with some really awesome people, but you'll see that they return the favour by checking out your work and engaging with it. Soon, you find yourself being tagged in writing prompts by your new friends, and you'll see the read count going up.
All that said, I'll go check out some of your work now and throw a couple reads your way. best of luck.
