The pandering for me is so troubling, I can't even express it, although I tried here. I don't know what the hell to do or think, the US, from where I sit, looks like a ship about to hit the iceberg and if it doesn't turn the damn boat soon....well... Biden is clearly unfit, don't get me started on Trump. I was sort of thinking out loud in this story, trying to find the most expedient and sensible way to move forward. But yeah, the pandering is something I have a hard time with. Somehow, it's even more offensive to me because she, as a woman of colour herself is not only pandering to us but playing into false stereotypes of what it means to be a person of colour. When Hilary did it with her hot sauce comment, it was offensive, but I could almost give it a pass because she's an out of touch old white lady (not quite a pass, but you see what I'm saying). Kamala should know better.
