There's a huge meth problem in my city. And I mean huge. There's not a day a person can go downtown and not encounter several people on it. Most of them are homeless, or appear to be, The shoot ir snort it right on the sidewalk, usually with a jacket over their head and then after the rush, crash in shop doorways or just on the street.

I'm pretty clueles too. When I first moved here, I saw a man passed out on a lawn that was obviously not his. I called 911. Another time, a woman was passed out on the sidewalk and peole were just stepping around her. I called 911 because, where I come from, poeple laying on the ground is a medical emergency. They told me to stop calling because it was just "methheads" (their words, not mine).
