This hurt me to my core! I'm not a Black woman, I'm multi-racial, my dad was Black, my mother was White. But I was rasied by a Black woman, my sisters are Black women. I'm in the strange place of seeing how differently I, appearing white, but having the same father, am treated as compared to my sisters, who are beautiful, intelligent strong women.

I don't know what it will take to change this, but I think honest, open discussions like yours are the start. Much love.
