This is a nice idea, and great for the parents and kids, but my lawyer brain is screaming at me. Here's the bit 2 questions it needs to know;

1. Is this merely a transportation service, or are the 14 and 15 year old also tasked with supervision?

2. Have written agreements been signed to outline the responsibilities? Is everyone on the same page here. Also keep in mind that minors can't enter into contracts, so... (we'll just park it there).

I know it seems like a couple of nice kids doing a cool thing that their mother came up with, and it absolutely is. But what happens if little Johnny or Jennie fall and break a wrist at the pool? Who is liable, aside from whatever body governs the pool?

I hope it all goes well. These sound like decent, well-meaning people, but my legal mind always goes to the what if.
