THIS!!! I've been dealing with harassment for decades! I'm 50 and men show no sign of harassing me on the street, in stores, etc. I've been grabbed. I've been followed to my car. I've been stalked. I could go on all day. I wrote about it, and guess what I got? You guessed it, a whole lot of online harassment from misogynistic jerks!

What saddened me though was the harassment I also got from some women who threw shit like, "oh, it must be nice to be soooo hot...blah, blah, blah." Ummmm, no, no it's not nice, and it's not about me thinking I'm hot, it's about not feeling safe when I'm out and about doing things that people do every day.

As you can see, your story hit a nerve with me. Very well written.
