What a nice story about aging well. The correcting the nurse thing reminds me of my own mother. She began experiencing some mental issues at around 85-86 and when running cognitive tests on her a nurse asked her who the Prime Minister was. There was something in her tone that bothered my mom (it was that, "do WE know who the prime minister is dear?" type of unintentionally condescending way of addressing older folks). Mom answered and then proceeded to list each and every leader our country had had in order.
