As for the father and how callously they treated him, my lawyer mind is buzzing and all I can think of is sue the living fuck out of the jail, the state, whoever (when in doubt, sue all about). There's only one reason I can think of that next of kin weren't notified immediately upon the young man's death and you and I both know exactly what that is!
