Yes, and to your point, being cute works in law too. I was actually instructed by a male senior partner to always appear in court in a form fitting dress, above the knee, with my hair down. Oh, and if I could drop a pen and pick it up...all the better. It's sick but it worked. It shouldn't be that way, but it turns out a judge, especially a man, has a much easier time accepting a winning argument from a pretty package. There's the definition of pretty privilege, eh?
