Yes!!!! Now that's something I'd read! I worked in various customer service roles before becoming a lawyer (the literal worst customer service role of all). Some highlights include:

Working at a call centre for a chain of hotels and being told by a frantic caller that she left her teeth and gun in a hotel on the I95 (she couldn't tell me which one);

Various creepy dudes in restaurants;

And the "I don't wanna wait guy." I wasn't working there, he was just nuts.
