You'll note in the comments that I already addressed this. I am well aware of the scope of the Constitution (both in the US and in Canada, where I live). It's the kind of shit we covered in law school, ya know. I don't require a lesson in Constitutional.Law. Already had it, worked with it, practiced it, you get the idea.
