You're awesome! Honestly, working customer service should be a prerequiste for a lot of positions. Dealing with difficult people is a skill and it's one that served me well in practicing law.
I was pretty good at angry calls. I was a trainer within my first month on the phones. These ones were just funny to me in retrospect. Well, let's be honest, they were funny at the time too. I mean, seriously, who leaves their gun and teeth in a room, lol.
