You're not. I've written about it a few times. it's hard to write about because you get the "oh, poor little pretty girl with all the problems" shit.

I'm almost 52. I look much younger. I was a pretty baby, then went through an awkward stage and became an attractive adult. There are positives and the privilege is real. I still very rarely have to wait in lines, for example.

However, the constant come ons, the men blocking my way in the grocery store, asking me stupid things like "where's my husband to pump gas for me" because you know, a pretty girl like me shouldn't do that.

I've been stalked, harrassed, etc by men that think they deserve my attention. I've been hated on by women who judge me on sight because clearly, if I look this way, there can't be a personality or a brain in there. I'm bright, highly educated and most times, a pretty nice person, but all anyone seems to see is a pretty face and a killer ass. It, honestly can be a very lonely feeling.
